Refund
Policy:
If you withdraw from the
program before logging on to begin any portion of the course
work, you may request a refund, subject to a US$300.00
processing fee for handling, any textbooks and mailing
fees. When
your login and password have been activated and you have
logged in for the first time, the certification program
has begun. At that point, no refunds are permitted. Login
and program registration expires after 1-year if no login
has been made, and no refund will be given without advance
